No-one wants to feel alone… and especially not when grieving the loss of a loved-one. And yet being bereaved from suicide can be the loneliest place in the world. People don’t know what to say to you. Sometimes people are afraid of saying the wrong thing… and so they say nothing at all. All of which can leave you feeling even more isolated and alone.
People who have experienced suicide bereavement can help. There are very many groups and organisations, up and down the UK, that have been created by and for the suicide bereaved. Choose one of the links that follow for a selection of groups that may be of interest, and able to help.
If your organisation supports people who are bereaved from suicide and you would like to be listed, please contact us on hello@speaktheirname.org
