Suicide at Work: Intro to BS30480
This course represents a practical route to adopting the groundbreaking British Standard, BS 30480: Suicide and the Workplace.
- Every year in the UK, more than 7,000 people die by suicide – that’s about 19 lives lost every single day
- Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among working-age adults
- An estimated 10% of all suicides in the UK are work-related (Office for National Statistics)

- A clear understanding of what adoption looks like in real workplaces
