Speak Their Name is a registered charity. Merchandise sold on our web site is used to raise awareness about suicide in the UK: to help remove the stigma associated with it, and support efforts to reduce its impact on families and society. Our margins are deliberately small so that our merchandise is as affordable as possible. Please think carefully before using the charity’s modest resources to handle a return or refund.
Should you nevertheless wish to return merchandise, please commence the process within 14 days of receipt (in accordance with UK Consumer Protection legislation). You will be asked to send product back in ‘as-new’, resaleable condition using the original product packaging. If we find that the product is not resaleable, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please note that merchandise that is personalised and/or made-to-order with specific artwork is not refundable unless faulty. Refunds will not include original shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email hello@speaktheirname.org, and provide:
- Your order number and the date that the product was purchased;
- Your reason for returning the product; and
- If damaged or faulty, a picture or pictures which explain the issue
We will provide you with a Product Return Number, normally within 48 hours, and instructions to complete the process including an address for postal delivery. We highly recommend using a ‘tracked service’ as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Approved refunds are usually processed within ten days of product receipt; we can also offer a Store Credit if that is a preferred option.
